Yes. Open the live wall from your account, or turn on a public wall link for a venue computer. Anyone with that link can watch, even if the guest page has a password or a private gallery. Only approved, visible photos and videos appear. The wall also respects pauses, album closure and any reveal time. Videos play muted, for at most their first 18 seconds.
Yes. From your account, download the whole album as a ZIP, or choose only photos or videos. You can also download individual files. After the album closes you still have 30 days to download everything or extend.
Yes, on every plan, including Free. Guests can leave a message in the guestbook. Messages stay private unless you enable them on the live wall. You can moderate them and download the guestbook as a PDF.
Use Support in your account or email [email protected]. Include your event name and what went wrong so we can help.
No. Scan the QR code with your phone camera or open the guest link in your browser. Choose your photos or videos and upload them. You only need an album password if the host has set one.
Yes. Photos and videos are supported, including common phone formats such as JPEG, HEIC, MP4 and MOV. Free allows up to 100 MB per file, Wedding up to 2 GB, and Plus and Planner up to 5 GB. Need bigger files? Ask us through Support. Unsupported files are rejected. There is no video length limit; the file size limit still applies.
Photos and videos are stored as the original files you select, untouched. Pixworthy never resizes, converts or compresses what your phone sends. Downloads contain those same files, with the metadata your phone included. On iPhone, tap Options at the top of the photo picker, then Current, to send your photos as full HEIC originals; otherwise iPhone sends converted JPEG copies. iPhone browsers never send where a photo was taken.
Keep the page open. Uploads pause without a connection and carry on when it's back. Files that already arrived are never sent twice. After a reload, choose the unfinished files again. You can also upload later while the album still takes uploads.
Yes, while the event is still open for uploads. Open the same guest link or scan the QR again. The upload closing date is separate from the date the host’s album expires.
English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. The host chooses the event’s starting language, and guests can switch language on the guest page.
The album owner and invited account users can access the album. Pixworthy support only looks if the owner allows it, for 7 days at a time. Guest access follows your link, optional password and gallery settings. Anyone you show the live wall to can see the photos on that screen.
Yes. Shared shows guests each other’s uploads; Private shows only uploads from their own browser device; Off disables guest viewing. You can hide individual uploads from other guests in Shared mode. Their uploader can still see them, and they stay in your album, but they no longer show on the live wall.
Yes. Set an optional guest password from your album. You can include it in the QR code, so anyone holding that QR can enter without typing it. The copied guest link asks for the password. Changing the password signs guests out.
Album files are never on public web pages. The cloud copy is in a private, encrypted OVHcloud bucket in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Files only open through our access checks.
New albums stay online for 30 days with Free, 12 months with Wedding or Planner, and 24 months with Plus, counted from the event date. Check the date in your account. After that the album closes. For 30 more days you can still download everything or extend. Then the photos and videos are deleted for good. Backups follow their own retention period. Paid Wedding, Plus and Planner albums can add 12 months for €19, including VAT, more than once.
One free event per email address, with up to 50 uploads in total. Photos and videos both count. Each file can be up to 100 MB, and the album stays online for 30 days after the event date.
Wedding costs €79 once, with no upload-count limit, up to 2 GB per file and 365 days online after the event date. Plus costs €129 once, with no upload-count limit, up to 5 GB per file and 730 days online. Both prices include VAT.
Yes. Upgrade Free to Wedding or Plus, or Wedding to Plus, from your existing album. Your uploads, guest link and QR code stay with that album. Wedding to Plus charges the difference between the current plan prices. The checkout shows the amount before you pay.
Planner is for businesses with a Dutch KvK or EU VAT number. The regular price is €39 per month plus €19 per wedding, excluding VAT. New contracts have a three-month minimum, paid upfront (€117), then renew monthly. Each album allows files up to 5 GB and stays online for 365 days after its event date.
The first 50 paying couples get Wedding for €59 or Plus for €99, including VAT. The first 20 planners get €25 per month plus €12 per wedding, excluding VAT, locked for 12 months from signup. Their first three months cost €75 upfront. Checkout confirms whether a founding place is available.
Wedding and Plus are one-off purchases with no subscription renewal. New Planner contracts renew monthly after the three-month minimum. Cancel in Account Settings at the end of your paid period, never before the minimum ends. Existing albums keep their expiry dates and remain accessible until then. Older Planner contracts keep their original terms.
Set up your event in two minutes. Your guests do the rest.
