Using Pixworthy
Pixworthy provides an event photo-sharing service. These terms cover creating an account and using our event photo-sharing service. Account holders must be at least 18 and authorised to organise the event. Guests may contribute with the host’s permission. Keep your password and access links safe, and contact [email protected] if something is wrong.

Your album and access
Hosts set up albums and share QR codes or links with guests. Invited account users can view and download as permitted. An optional album password adds protection; including it in the QR link shares that protection with everyone holding the link. A live wall may display uploads to event attendees. Choose sharing settings carefully.

Your photos remain yours
You keep your rights in uploaded content. You grant Pixworthy the permission needed to store, process, resize and deliver that content to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for each upload, including from people pictured where required. Do not upload illegal, abusive, infringing or non-consensual content. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law or prevent abuse.

Plans and payments
Current prices and included features are shown before checkout. Free has one event per email and an upload limit. Wedding and Plus are one-off event purchases. Planner is for businesses only and requires a Dutch KvK or EU VAT number. New Planner contracts have a 3-month minimum, paid upfront: €117 at the regular €39/month rate, or €75 at the founding €25/month rate, excluding VAT. After this period, subscriptions renew monthly at the applicable rate. Every wedding fee is charged normally (€19, or €12 at the founding rate), excluding VAT. After a paid renewal beyond the minimum, the first wedding fee is credited once on a following invoice while the subscription remains active. Cancellation takes effect at the paid period end, never before the minimum ends. Existing albums keep their expiry dates and remain accessible after cancellation. Existing Planner contracts keep their original terms. Founding rates are locked for 12 months from the original Planner signup; any increase follows the rate notice described in your account.

Expiry and downloads
New customer albums stay online until the end of the UTC day 30 days (Free), 12 months (Wedding, Planner) or 24 months (Plus) after the event date. An administrator may set a different date; check the date shown on the album. After the online period the album closes. For 30 more days you can still download everything or extend. Then the photos and videos are deleted for good. Backups may persist for their separate retention period. Pixworthy is not permanent archival storage.

Consumer rights and refunds
Mandatory consumer rights remain in force. Where applicable, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online service contract; contact [email protected] to exercise it. Starting to use the service does not by itself waive that right. Any lawful early-performance or digital-content exception requires the relevant information and express agreement. Contact support about a fault, cancellation or refund; these terms do not replace statutory remedies.

Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the service reliable, but networks, maintenance and third-party services can interrupt it. Keep your own copies of important photos. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law; nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protection or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Hosts remain responsible for their sharing choices and uploaded content.

Support and changes
Planner support aims to reply within 12 working hours; other customers within two working days. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Europe/Amsterdam, excluding the time outside those hours. This is a reply target, not a resolution guarantee. Material changes to the service or these terms will be communicated appropriately; mandatory rights and existing contractual rights are preserved.

Privacy and disputes
Our privacy policy explains data use. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a complaint. These terms do not remove your right to contact a regulator or bring a claim before a competent court. Any choice of law must preserve the mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.

Referrals
You can share your own referral link from any Pixworthy account, Free included. Planner accounts are not part of the programme for now. A friend who books Wedding or Plus with your link gets €10 off, once per email address. You cannot use your own link. 30 days after your friend’s payment, if it was not refunded or disputed, you receive a personal €10 code for Wedding or Plus: one use, valid for 24 months, only in your own account and not together with another code. It cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. You can receive up to five rewards in any 12 months. A refund or dispute cancels a pending or unused reward. Pixworthy never asks for your friends’ email addresses and never contacts them about your link: you decide where you share it.
